Tour of Makuri Islands has been announced to kick off from 3rd Nov to 30th Nov, 2022.
Zwift has announced the launch of the six stages Tour surrounding Makuri Islands and it includes the soon to be released Urukazi routes. The Tour is opened to both to all Zwifters so you can choose to do it via Zwift Cycling and/or Zwift Running.
As with most Zwift Tour events, there will be multiple stages, race and group ride events plus a bonus unlock of Zwift gears like kits, sunglasses, headgear if you complete the criterias required.

I have also found some screenshots based on Urukazi to get an insight the environment on this soon to be released expansion route.
With the release of the information concerning Urukazi, I have pieced together the routes based on the Tour of the possible new Makuri Islands map.
Of course, this is just hypothetical based on my deductions and observations. The real map reamains to be seen not before November 3rd, 2022. So until then, Ride and Run On!
